Widen doorways 36” to accommodate for walker/ wheelchair

Remove mats and throw rugs

Add non-slip grip for carpets 

Add night lights in hallways 

Replace doorknobs with lever door handles

Move furniture to create clear walking paths

Coil or secure cords to the wall

Consider use of assistive device- walker, cane, bedcane, reacher
